Play Flower Garden Solitaire

Flower Garden Solitaire is a classic single-deck solitaire game in which all 52 cards are dealt face-up from the start. This mean you have complete information, making the game more about skill rather than luck. Thirty-six cards are arranged across six tableau piles forming the "garden", while the remaining sixteen are dealt to a reserve called the "bouquet". The cards in the reserve can all be played at any time.

Move all the cards to the foundations.

Layout & deal

All 52 cards are dealt at the beginning of the game, face-up. First 36 cards are dealt evenly across six tableau piles (called the "garden"), with six cards in each pile. The remaining sixteen cards are set aside in the reserve called the "bouquet."

Variants

In Wildflower Solitaire, the core rules remain the same, but sequences of the same suit within the tableau can be moved together as a group. Brigade Solitaire is a slightly easier game by spreading the cards across seven tableau piles with five cards each, rather than six piles of six. Stonewall Solitaire is a more difficult variation in which some cards are dealt face-down, tableau building follows alternating color, and correctly ordered sequences can be moved together.

Because all cards are visible from the start and only one card can be moved at a time, Flower Garden Solitaire is considered similar to FreeCell.
