Goal

Create matches with jewel / treasure items, aiming to satisfy the level-specific objectives. There is only a limited number of moves available to satisfy the level objectives.

Gameplay

Royal Jewels Match is played on a grid populated with treasure items (jewels, etc.). Some tiles may have special attributes or blockers (e.g. items that require special removal).

Each level, a specified set of required items must be collected within the available number of moves.

Player may swap an item to an adjacent tile to form a match. Valid matches must be at least 3 of the same items in a straight line (horizontal or vertical). Matched items are removed, the remaining items drop down to fill gaps, and new items replenish from above.

Special items / power-ups (e.g. rockets, bombs) are generated by matching more than 3 items in certain patterns.

When completing levels, in-game coins are earned. These can be used to buy items to decorate the castle lawn.

The bought items will earn you kingdom points, which help to progress in the game.

Special tiles

• Cake: Must be removed by creating a match adjacent to the cake tiles.
• Grass: Must be removed by creating a match with the item on top of the grass tile.

Power-ups

When completing a level, certain power-ups are created when matching a certain amount of jewels in a certain formation. Using these power-ups can help to complete a level.

• Rockets: Added to the grid when a match with 4 items is created. When used, they remove a whole row or column of items.
• Regular bomb: Added to the grid when a T-shape or L-shape match is created. When used, it removes all items in a 3x3 square around the bomb.
• Color bomb: Added to the grid when a match with 5 items in a row is created. When used, it removes all items of a specific color.

Boosts

These boosts can help you clear difficult levels. Use them wisely!

• Hammer: Clear any obstacle (e.g. cake tile, grass tile).
• Jester Hat: Swap any two adjacent jewels, even when it doesn’t create a valid match.
• Bow and Arrow: Remove all items in a certain row.
• Cannon: Remove all jewels of a certain type.

Gifts

You can get gifts / rewards from the Lucky Wheel (possible once every hour) and from the Daily Rewards (possible once per day).

Controls

Swap two items by dragging one item on top of the other.
