Refuge Solitaire
Refuge Solitaire is a great version of Crescent Solitaire, using almost the same rules as the 2-deck solitaire game Crescent Solitaire, and adding a beautiful Alpine scenery. Refuge Solitaire is a relaxing game with simple gameplay and clear card design.
The goal of the game is to move all cards from the 16 outer piles (tableau piles) to the 8 foundation piles. The cards on the foundation piles have to be ordered in-suit and from Ace to King or King to Ace.
At the start of the game, the four left-most foundation piles start with an Ace, and the four right-most foundation piles start with a King. The 16 tableau piles are dealt six face-up cards each, but you can only see the top card in a pile. This means that all 104 cards are dealt at the start of the game.
You can move single cards between tableau piles. Building has to be in-suit and can be in both ascending or descending order. So you can place cards on top of another as long as they are of the same-suit and one higher or lower in rank. Moving groups of cards is not possible. Note that you can also place a King on an Ace and vice versa.
You can place any card on an empty tableau pile. This is the only difference in rules compared to Crescent Solitaire, resulting in a higher chance of completing a game.
When you are stuck, you can ask a hint (3 times per game) or you can reshuffle the tableau stacks (3 times per game).
If you are not happy with a move you made, you can use the undo button to go back one move.
You have 20 minutes to finish a game. The time you have left is indicated at the bottom of the game. Make sure to play focused to avoid running out of time!
To move a card you can click and drag it. To move a card to the foundation piles you can double-click it.
